Welcome Feastgoers,

Start planning now to join us in Wisconsin for a family feast with variety! The focus will be "God's Throne - Keep the Vision" Join us in rejoicing in our future!!

We will be focusing on building our relationship with The Father and The Son - whichever name you use -  learning and growing and becoming more like them, and looking forward to living together with them in the Kingdom.  

We are planning to accommodate a variety of church formats/traditions/calendars. Whether you are of a traditional COG, Hebrew Roots, or an independent study/kitchen table group, we will have something for everyone. Some people who come will be in suits and ties, some more casually dressed, some with head coverings, some without. Some will raise their hands in praise while singing and others will wave palm fronds and myrtle. Others will stand and sing and some will dance!!

ALL who come will be here to praise God/YHVH.  We believe the scripture, John 13:35 "By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."

Eating together is one of the best ways to bring people together to form lasting friendships that grow into family. We will provide at least one meal a day either at the Inn or at the campgrounds, which will give us all an opportunity to get to know one another. 

There will be group activities planned and plenty of free time so you can enjoy the hotel amenities and plenty of what the surrounding area has to offer. Out at The Gardens, where many of our activities will take place, you can enjoy the 45 acres of nature and fish the Class A stocked trout stream — be sure to bring your gear and license.

Eau Claire, WI is located about 1-1/2 hours from the Minneapolis- St Paul International Airport in Minnesota, or about 3 hours from Madison, WI.  Surrounded by the local beauty of state parks and magnificent lakes and hiking trails you’ll find serenity to enjoy time with the Father, your family, and friends!!

Services/Studies

Plans are underway and the Hotel negotiations are complete. This year we will be at the Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center. This is the same Hotel we used 3 years ago. This hotel has a Daily HOT breakfast included with the room. Last time we were there was during "Covid". So all the Breakfast options will be available this time (We will be providing Turkey or Beef Sausage). 

We will be meeting at the Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center and at The Gardens Campground and Activity Area. Every morning we will have a scripture reading, then praise God and rejoice in Him by singing and dancing together, with a variety of Bible Studies and Seminars to follow. There will be teachings for children, teens, and adults. The Hotel is Located less than 10 minutes From "The Gardens" where the Afternoon and Evening activities will be held. (No driving thru Eau Claire)

Weather in northern Wisconsin can be brisk. We could have any kind of weather from 70°F to 30°F. The Gardens has a heated building to meet in, but you will probably want to dress in layers as we will have activities outside. Some of you may remember the old adage: “Many are cold but few are frozen!” LOL

The rooms in our reservation block are:   

• 1 King Bed suite 75.00 tax included.  
• 1 King Bed Handicap accessible 75.00 tax included.  
• 2 Queen Beds 75.00 tax included. 

We have in our reserved block 25 rooms. All rooms not booked by October 1st will be released to the public.

We have negotiated great rates on other rooms in the hotel NOT IN OUR RESERVED BLOCK. These rooms are first come first served ONLY!!!  BOOK EARLY

The  Sleep inn & Suites is Pet Friendly. We have negotiated a special rate of 15.00 per night for pets. (Pets rooms are limited)

Service Opportunities

This is your opportunity to get involved!!! We would love to have you help with every aspect of putting a Feast site together: music, dance, activities, and teaching for adults, children and teens. Help prepare, serve and clean up the food and activities at The Gardens. Some prep work before the Feast if you are from the area. Get in on the fun planning and make this the best Feast ever.

Meals and Activities planning is underway, Details will be announced at a later date. Your input is welcome.

The format for the day will be the same as previous years. Morning presentation and Discussion. brief break. Then Praise Snging and Dance. Brief break. Then another Presentation and Discussion. Some evening presentations are also being planned.
